Apple Coconut Barfi


INGREDIENTS
Coconut 2 
Apples 6
Clarified Butter 2 tsp
Sugar 6 tsp
Saffron as required
Cardamon Powder as required
Almonds for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small pan add in clarified butter saute grounded coconut until light golden brown and then aroma comes out from the coconut.
  2. Add in apple pulp and saute till mixture becomes dry.
  3. Now add sugar. Saute again till all sugar and then mixture becomes dry.
  4. Now add in cardamom powder and then spread it on grease plate.
  5. Garnish with saffron and almonds, keep it in fridge for 3 hours then slice and serve.
