Stuffed Italian Tomato


INGREDIENTS
Chicken sausages 4
Tomato 12 (big)
Chili garlic paste 4 tbsp
Egg yolk 4
Lemon juice 4 tsp
Lemon skin 2
Olive oil 8 tbsp
Tuna 2 small can
Cream 6 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Tomato 4 (dried)
Basil leaves as required
Spring onion for garnishing

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut tomatoes in the center and take out seeds.
  2. Now put chili garlic sauce in the baking tray and then keep tomatoes over it.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. For Mayonnaise: Blend egg yolk, lemon juice and lemon skin in the blender and add olive oil.
  5. When mayonnaise becomes ready then take out half quantity and then mix tuna, 2 tablespoon cream, 2 tablespoon mozzarella cheese, salt and then black pepper.
  6. Add this mixture in tomatoes.
  7. Mix chicken sausages, 4 tablespoon cream, 2 tablespoon mozzarella cheese, salt and black pepper in remaining mayonnaise. Mix them well.
  8. Stuff this mixture in tomatoes and then put basil leaves and dry tomato paste.
  9. Bake for a while.
  10. Garnish with spring onion and serve.
