Chicken White Karahi


INGREDIENTS:
Chicken 1//2 kg
Yogurt 500 grams
Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp
Green chilies 10
Crushed coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Crushed cumin seeds 2 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 2 tsp
Cream 1 cup
Oil 2 cup
Salt to taste
Ginger 2 medium piece
Fresh coriander 1 bunch

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat oil in pan & fry chicken till slightly brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  2. Add crushed cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black pepper, yogurt, and 1 1/2 cups of water, cook on high flame until chicken tender.
  3. Add green chilies and cream cook mix it well and then remove from heat.
  4. Garnish with ginger and chopped coriander and serve it.
