INGREDIENTS:
Egg yolk 4
Icing sugar 4 tbsp
Cream cheese 16 oz
Condensed milk 1 tin
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Whipped cream 4 packets
Butter 8 tbsp (melted)
Digestive biscuits crumbs 1 cup

DIRECTIONS:

1. Beat egg yolks with icing sugar till thick & creamy, then add in cream cheese, beat well, add condensed milk, lemon juice and continue beating.
2. Fold in well-beaten cream and place it in the freezer, in an airtight container.
3. Now mix butter with cookie crumbs and fold it with the above creamy mixture.
4. Place in freezer again, when it is nearly frozen.
5. Freeze until well frozen. Take out 20 minutes before serving to soften.
