Prawn Karahi


INGREDIENTS:
Tomato 12 (chopped)
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
All spice 2 tsp (ground)
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Jumbo prawn 40
Coriander powder 2 tbsp (roasted)
Black pepper 2 tsp (whole)
Oil 2 cup
Green chili 8 (finely chopped)
Fresh coriander 2 bunch (finely chopped)
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, all spice and yogurt in a wok and cook until dries up.
  2. If you need water then add a little water.
  3. When water dries then add prawns, roasted coriander powder, whole black pepper, and oil. 
  4. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. Then add green chili, coriander leaves, and lemon juice. 
  6. Mix, cover and cook for a while.
  7. When prawns are cooked then take out in a serving dish, mix salt and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with naan.
