Garlic Skinny Fries


INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes 1 KG
Corn flour as required
Garlic Powder 2 tsp or to taste
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Ketchup as required

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut potatoes into thick slices. Now Sprinkle the corn flour, salt, and garlic powder on potato slices and then mix it well.
  2. Heat oil in a wok & deep fry till its light golden brown.
  3. Remove fries on a paper towel, sprinkle a little salt and garlic powder, mix it well. Now serve it with ketchup.
  4. Now sprinkle the corn flour, salt, garlic powder and 2 tbsp oil on potato slices and mix it well.
  5. Spread the seasoned slices on baking tray in a single layer. 
  6. Bake at 180 degree C for 15 minutes from each side until tender crisp and golden brown.
