Masala Prawn Rice


INGREDIENTS:
Basmati Rice 1 kg
Prawns 1 kg
Oil as required
Onion 2 cup (chopped)
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Tomato 8 (finely chopped)
Seekh kabab masala 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Mushrooms 2 cup (chopped)
Green pea 2 cup (boiled)
Green chili 12
Lemon for garnish
Fresh coriander for garnish
Water as needed

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat oil adds onions and fry for 4 minutes.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and then add seekh kakab masala.
  3. Now add tomatoes and let masala cook until water is dry.
  4. Then add enough water to cook rice let it come to a boil.
  5. Add rice and salt.
  6. Then add green chili, peas, and mushrooms.
  7. Cook until all water is absorbed and rice is cooked.
  8. Fry prawns separately and mix with rice. Garnish and serve.
