Fish Kabab


INGREDIENTS
Fish 1000 gm (boneless)
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Egg 2
Green chili 10
Green coriander 1 bunch
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Cumin powder 2 tsp
All spice powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Bread crumbs 6 tbsp
Baking powder 2 pinch
Lemon juice 8 tbsp
Oil 6 tbsp
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all masala ingredients into the chopper and chop it well.
  2. Make a patty from the batter.
  3. Now Pour oil into the pan and heat up.Then shallow fry it.
  4. Serve it.
