Christmas Jelly Slice


INGREDIENTS
Sweet plain biscuits crushed 2 packet 
Butter 12 ounces (melted)
Sweet condensed milk 800 g
Gelatin 2 tbsp + 2 tsp
Raspberry jelly 2 packet
Water as required

DIRECTIONS

  1. Grease a slice tray with butter.
  2. Crush biscuits in a food processor, transfer to a bowl and mix in melted butter.
  3. Place mixture on a prepared tray and press down firmly. Refrigerate for 25 minutes.
  4. Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot water. Combine gelatin mixture with milk in a small bowl.
  5. Now Pour over biscuit base and then place back in the fridge for 30 minutes until cool and set.
  6. Dissolve jelly in 3 cup water, pour cold jelly on top of the slice and return to fridge to set.
  7. Slice into squares using a butter knife.
