Egg Paratha


INGREDIENTS
Flour dough for 4 parathas
Eggs 4
Onion 2 (chopped)
Green chilies 6 (chopped)
Green coriander 4 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee as required

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients (egg, onion, green chilies, green coriander and all spices) in a bowl.
  2. Make a paratha; Now put on tawa then flip the side and then pour half egg mixture on top of paratha with a small amount of ghee.
  3. Now turns the side and fry from another side with ghee.
  4. In same way make other parathas.
  5. Serve hot egg paratha.
