Chinese Chicken Balls


INGREDIENTS
Fine chicken mince 500 gm
Egg 2
Ginger garlic paste 4 tsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
All purpose flour 2 tbsp
Ketchup half cup
Spring onion 2 to 4
Vinegar 8 tbsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Oil for frying

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all minced chicken, egg, salt, black pepper, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, corn flour and flour in a bowl and then mix well.
  2. Now make small balls of the mixture and fry them in a hot oil.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and then fry 2 tsp garlic ginger paste in it.
  4. Then add shallots, tomato ketchup, vinegar, sugar, salt and black pepper, then saute.
  5. Now add chicken balls to it, then mix well.
  6. Serve hot.
