Saffron Lassi


INGREDIENTS
Thick yogurt 500g
Sugar 12 tbsp or to taste
Water or milk 1 cup
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Chopped cashews 4 tbsp
Almond flakes 4 tbsp (reserve some for garnish)
Pistachio flakes 2 tbsp
Few saffron strands (soaked in hot milk)
A pinch of salt
Ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender jug and then blend until combine.
  2. Add ice and blend it again.
  3. Pour saffron lassi into glasses and garnish with almond and then serve.
