Chicken Burger


INGREDIENTS
Chicken mince 1 kg
Buns 8
Egg 2
Onion 2 (finely chopped)
Black pepper 2 tbsp (crushed)
White pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
Corn flour 8 tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce 8 tbsp
Margarine as required
Oil 8 tbsp
Salt to taste
Tomato 2 (sliced)
Salad leaves (for garnish)

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small mixing bowl add minced chicken, black pepper, white pepper, salt, chopped onions, corn flour, salt and then an egg.
  2. Now mix well and shape the chicken mixture into medium patties.
  3. Heat oil in a small pan and fry the chicken burgers.
  4. When the burgers change color, turn the flame off and then place them on an absorbent paper.
  5. Slice each bun into two halves.
  6. Spread margarine onto each slice.
  7. Place a chicken burger onto one slice, top with a slice of tomato, chili garlic sauce, and a lettuce leaf.
  8. Cover with the second slice and serve.
