Italian Meat Balls Pasta


INGREDIENTS
For meat balls:
Chicken mince 1 kg
Beaten egg 2
Onion 2 (chopped)
Garlic chopped 8 cloves
Oregano 1 tsp
Corn flour 4 tbsp
White pepper 2 tbsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
For sauce:
Onion 2 (chopped)
Tomato 6 (chopped)
Garlic 10 (chopped)
Oregano 1 tsp
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Olive oil 6 tbsp
For spaghetti:
Spaghetti 1 packet
Oil 8 tbsp
Salt as required

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a saucepan boil the spaghetti with oil for 15 minutes.
  2. Now drain the spaghetti in a colander and then put it under running cold water.
  3. Then add oil in the spaghetti.
  4. Now heat oil in a pan and saute onion.
  5. Add chopped garlic and oregano and then mix well.
  6. Put it in mixing bowl and then chill it.
  7. Now add egg, salt, corn flour, white pepper powder and chicken mince and the same bowl and mix well.
  8. Shape into small balls and then shallow fry.
  9. Fry onions in a wok in olive oil.
  10. Then add chopped tomatoes, garlic, salt, curry leaves and then thyme and mix till it becomes a thick sauce.
  11. the spaghetti on a platter, pour the sauce and then meatballs on top and serve.
