Banana Date Smoothie


INGREDIENTS
Bananas 2 (ripe)
Yogurt 2 cup
Milk 1 cup
Dates 6 (pitted and chopped)
Vanilla Essence 2 tsp
Ice Cubes 8

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients into a blender and then mix together until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and then serve cold.
