INTRODUCTION
Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water & Marine Science is located in Uthal, District Lasbela Baluchistan,Pakistan.The University was charted through an ordinance No.1/2005 passed by Government of Baluchistan.The Former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mr. Shaukat Aziz handed over the land for university by announcing a grant of Rs.30 Million for its initial expense.On the same day, the Chief Minister Baluchistan, Mir Jam Muhammad Yousaf also announced another grant of Rs. 30 Million for university.After necessary survey, work on building started on June 13, 2005.

Project land area is around 45,000 Kanal which will be expanded to 60,000 Kanal in next few years. The proposed location of the project is on Farozpur Road and the entry point would be from Butcher Point Canal whereas Kahna Kacha Road will be on its northern side.
