Italian Lemon Chicken


INGREDIENTS:
Chicken breast 8
All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder as required
Butter 6 tbsp
Olive oil 6 tbsp
Chicken broth 1 cup
Lemon juice 6 tbsp
Lemon zest 1 tsp
Butter 4 tbsp
Chopped Italian parsley 6 tbsp

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Flat chicken breast with a hammer to ½ inch thick.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper powder. Then coat with all purpose flour and shake off excess flour.
  3. Melt butter with olive oil on medium heat. When it starts to sizzle, add chicken breast pieces and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. After five minutes turn and side and cook for more five minutes. Remove chicken to a plate.
  5. the butter in pan, stir in parsley, salt and black pepper powder.
  6. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
