Local Shipping: Free shipping on order above Rs 5000/-, otherwise Rs 250/- will be charged per order.
International Shipping: Pakistani Rs 5000/- will be charged per order.

We provide shipping in all over Pakistan and internationally we ship almost all over the world especially in the USA, Canada, Australia, Europe and Middle East etc.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days for local customers and 7 to 10 days for international customers (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email for in stock items. For custom made designs processing time is between 20 to 40 days depending on the size and complexity of the order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control or due the ongoing unexpected situation of Covid-19

Deliveries are made usually within the normal working hours on Monday to Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day we ship your order. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Customer will be responsible for these charges if they are applied.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days and 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email for local and international customers respectively, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and your shipping address. Depending on this shipping date estimates may change slightly.

*Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
