A sport is an activity, which we play to get freedom from diseases relating to heart, obesity, mental stress and sleeplessness. People play games for their fitness or enjoyment. Sports and Games are mental and physical activities. Games and sports play a vital role in our life. We can’t ignore the value of sports and games.
Games are very essential for students but they are neglected in schools. Even parents do not have high opinion about games and they want their children to devote more time to studies. Games are better for our health.
Outdoor games play an important role in our life. People play these games at international level. We get physical fitness through outdoor games. Outdoor games teach us how we can spend our spare time in good way. We don’t need to take exercise, if we play outdoor games regularly. Indoor games make us sharp if we play these games wisely.
No doubt sports have plenty of advantages but they also have drawbacks.
Sometime student gives a lot of attention to games and did not concentrate on their study properly.
