Vegetable Burger with Chili Mayo


INGREDIENTS
Burger bun 8
Potatoes 4 (boiled)
Carrot 4 (boiled)
Peas 2 cups (boiled)
Fresh coriander 1 bunch
Green chili 12 (chopped)
Butter 100 gm
Mustard paste 2 tbsp
Black pepper 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Flour 4 tbsp
Egg 2
Oil for frying
Corn flakes 2 cup
For Chili Garlic Mayo:
Tomato ketchup 1 cup
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Garlic 2 tbsp (chopped)
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red chili 2 tsp (crushed)
Sugar 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Parsley fresh coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)
Salad leaves as per need

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl mash the boiled vegetables, add salt, mustard paste, butter, flour, green chilies chopped, and then add fresh coriander.
  2. Now mix well and make kebabs with this mixture, coat with egg white then corn flakes, then fry in hot oil till they turn brown and crispy.
  3. For chili garlic mayo:
  4. In a small bowl mix together tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, garlic chopped, black pepper, salt, crushed red chili powder, sugar, vinegar and chopped parsley.
  5. Now slice the bun lengthwise and then toast on a flat pan.
  6. Spread some chili mayo garlic on one-half of the bun.
  7. Place a kebab and then top it with a salad leaf.
  8. Cover it with the second half.
  9. The burger is ready to serve.
