Chinese Chicken Fried Rice


INGREDIENTS
Chicken 1 kg (cooked cubes)
Oil 1 tbsp
Onion 2 (chopped)
Soy sauce 12 tbsp
Carrot 4 (large, diced)
Coriander leaves 1 cup (chopped)
Red bell pepper 2 (large, diced)
Fresh pea 1 cup
Green bell pepper 1 (large, diced)
White Rice 6 Cup (boiled)
Eggs 4

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small pan heat oil. 
  2. Add onion and saute until soft.
  3. Now add chicken and 4 tbsp soy sauce and then stir fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in carrots, coriander leaves, red bell pepper, peas and green bell pepper and stir-fry another 5-6 minute.
  5. Now add rice and stir thoroughly.
  6. Finally, stir in scrambled eggs and leftover soy sauce, heat through.
  7. Serve hot.
