Chicken Saute Sticks


INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Breast 1 kg
Ginger Paste 2 tbsp
All purpose flour 2 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 2 tsp
Roasted peanuts 1 cup
Brown sugar 4 tbsp
Soya sauce 6 tbsp
Oil 
Salt to taste
Barbeque sticks

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut breast piece into slices then sprinkle salt and leave it for some time.
  2. Now chopper ginger paste, brown sugar, roasted peanuts, all-purpose flour, crushed black pepper, soya sauce, to taste salt and 4 tbsp oil blend it and then make a paste.
  3. Now add chicken slices in the paste and marinate it for 1 hour, then put the chicken into barbeque sticks.
  4. Take a frying pan adds some oil and fry it or bake it or bbq on coal.
  5. At the end take it out in a serving platter and serve it with sauce or ketchup.
