Strawberry Ice Cream


INGREDIENTS:
Strawberries 2 cups (chopped)
Almonds 1/2 cup
Ripe bananas 4
Lemon juice 2 tsp

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Soak almonds for 4 hours then peel off the skin.
  2. Peel banana then chop and toss them in lemon juice to avoid turns to black.
  3. Freeze banana for 1 1/2 hours and strawberries for 1 hour.
  4. Put almonds and strawberries into the blender then make a smooth puree.
  5. Add bananas and blend well again. After adding banana do not over blend. Just blend until the mixture looks fluffy and creamy.
  6. Pour it into a container and freeze it for just 3 hours or until set.
  7. Serve immediately.

Prep Time: 7 Hours

Cook Time: No Cooking
