Mix Vegetables Koftay


INGREDIENTS
Potatoes 4
Carrot (chopped) 2
Peas 1 cup
Salt As required
Red chili powder 2 tsp
White cumin 2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Rice Flour 1 cup
Egg white 2
Green chili 4 (chopped)
Mint 16 leaves (chopped)
Oil for fry
For Curry:
Oil 1 cup
Onion (chopped) 4
Yogurt 6 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Grind coriander 1 tbsp
Turmeric 2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Chicken cubes 2 packet
Salt As required

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil and peel potatoes and mash them. Now grind together carrot and peas then mix them in mash potatoes.
  2. Add salt, red chili powder, white cumin, garam masala powder, rice flour and egg white in it. Mix all ingredients well and make small Kofta balls.
  3. Heat oil in a saucepan, add onions and fry them till they turn golden brown. Remove the onions from the oil and spread them on a tissue paper.
  4. Now add yogurt in the oil, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, grind coriander, turmeric, garam masala powder, chicken cubes, salt and crushed fried onions. Cook the ingredients slightly.
  5. Now shallow fry koftas in another pan and add them in the curry. Keep the flame low.
  6. When the oil reaches the top then add 1 cup water and cook without covering the lid.
  7. When it comes to boil, add green chilies and mint leaves. Keep it to simmer on low flame.
  8. Serve it with roti.
