Crispy Burger


INGREDIENTS
Chicken breast 600 gm
Egg 12
Bun 12
White flour 1 cup
Rice flour 2 cup
Corn flour 2 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 2 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Black pepper 2 tbsp
White pepper 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 6 tbsp
Chicken powder 4 tbsp
White vinegar 6 tbsp
Oil for fry
Salad leaves as required
Mayonnaise as required
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut chicken breast into 12 slices.
  2. Now with the help of hammer tender the chicken and then put it in a bowl.
  3. Add the white vinegar, salt, mustard paste, red chili powder and garlic powder and mix it well then marinate it for half an hour.
  4. Now take a box of plastic and add white flour, rice flour, corn flour, chicken powder, black pepper, white pepper, baking powder, garlic powder and salt and mix all ingredients well.
  5. Now put all eggs into a mixing bowl and beat them well.
  6. Place the marinated chicken into the dry batter then roll it.
  7. Now dip it egg and again and roll it into the dry batter and deep fry.
  8. Take a cup and pour 1 cup of mayonnaise and mustard paste and mix them well.
  9. Spread sauce on one side of bun then place chicken and then again spread sauce on chicken and put iceberg on it and place the other piece of bun.
