Spicy Peanut Fish


INGREDIENTS:

For Fish Marination:
Fish cubes 500 gm
Flour 6 tsp
Corn flour 6 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Egg 2

For Sauce:
Oil 6 tbsp
Garlic 8-10 cloves
Capsicum 1 cup
Onion 2 cup
Green chilies 4
Tomato 4
Chili paste 2 tbsp
Chicken powder 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt a pinch
Ketchup 6 tbsp
Soya sauce 6 tsp
Oyster sauce 3 tsp

For Garnishing:
Red whole chilies 6-8
Peanuts peeled 2 tbsp
Sesame seed 2 tsp
Spring onion 2 tbsp (green part)

DIRECTIONS:

For Fish: 

  1. Add the flour, corn flour salt and egg in the fish mix well.
  2. Deep fry fish in a pan till crisp and golden then Remove and set aside.
  3. Take a frying pan and add chopped garlic saute then add capsicum, onion and tomatoes cubes stir.
  4. Add fried fish in the same frying pan put, green chilies, chili paste, ketchup, chicken powder, sugar salt a pinch, soya sauce and oyster sauce toss well till everything combine well.
  5. In a bowl put 2 tsp of butter and fill hot rice press slightly.
  6. Take out on serving platter and dish out fish.
  7. Deep fry peanuts and whole red chilies, top on fish sprinkle sesame.
  8. Garnish with spring onion and serve with rice.
