Grilled Fish


INGREDIENTS

  • Fish fillet 4
  • Soya sauce 4 tbsp
  • White vinegar 4 tbsp
  • Mustard powder 2 tsp
  • Lemon 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper crushed 2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 5-6 tbsp

DIRECTIONS

  1. Marinade fish with mustard powder,lemon juice,soya sauce,vinegar,salt and black pepper crushed. Leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Grease grill and grill fish from both sides until cook.
  3. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve.

Cook Time: 30 Min
