Lobster in Chinese Style


INGREDIENTS:
Lobster 1 (Large Size)
Egg white 1
Tomatoes 2
Spring onion 1 bunch
Chicken stock 1 cup
Mushroom 1 cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
Oyster sauce 3 tbsp
Salt as required
Oil as required

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Boil the lobster in water for 5 minutes.
  2. Clean the lobster & take out its meat.
  3. Cut it into small slices.
  4. In a bowl put the slices of lobster meat followed by Chinese salt, black pepper, garlic paste and also add egg whites and cornflour then mix well.
  5. In a pan take oil and cook the slices in it to golden brown color, transfer them onto some sheet or paper in order to free it from excess oil.
  6. In a pan put 3 tbsp oil, put mushrooms pieces, tomatoes pieces then slightly fry.
  7. Add the fried lobster in it and add salt, black pepper, oyster sauce, garlic paste, then saute.
  8. Put stock in it. When the stock starts boiling, dissolve corn flour in one cup of water and slightly add it in the pan.
  9. When the curry turns thick turn off the flame.
  10. Garnish with green onions then mix and serve.
