Fish Tikka


INGREDIENTS:
Fish 1 kg (boneless)
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
All spice 1 tsp (crushed)
Tikka masala 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Bar b q stick as require
Salt to taste
Coal 2

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut the boneless fish into cubes shape.
  2. Take a microwave proof mixing bowl and mix well tikka masala, lemon juice, all spices, garlic paste, olive oil and salt, marinate fish cubes and then leave it for half an hour.
  3. Now thread them in bbq sticks and put them into the microwave at 100% M for 10 minutes.
  4. Give coal smoke for bbq taste if desired.
  5. Serve fish tikka with salad & chutney.
