Beef Chowmein


INGREDIENTS
Beef 1 kg
Soy sauce 6 tbsp
White vinegar 6 tbsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Salt as required
Cooking oil as required
Noodles 1 packet
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Onion 2 (finely chopped)
Cabbage 2 small piece (chopped)
Capsicum 4 (chopped)
Carrots 4 (finely chopped)
Chicken cube flour 2 tbsp
Black pepper 2 tsp (crushed)
Sesame oil 2 tsp
Spring onion leaves 2 tbsp
Red chilies 12
Bean sprouts 2 cup

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash out the beef and put them in a small bowl.
  2. Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp white vinegar, sugar, corn flour and salt and let it for 10 minutes.
  3. Now heat oil in a skillet and then boil noodles in it.
  4. Allow it to cool and rinse it so as to free it for starch. Now take some oil in a wok and heat it.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste to it, fry it a little. Then, add in the onion and saute until they get slightly colored.
  6. Now add the marinated beef to the wok along with the cabbage, capsicum, and carrots to it and mix well.
  7. Slowly add in all the noodles to the meat. Keep mixing in well.
  8. Add 4 tbsp soy sauce, 4 tbsp white vinegar, the pinch of salt, chicken cube flour and black pepper.
  9. Stir fry everything until evenly mixed. Put in a dash of sesame oil on top.
  10. Before serving, garnish with green onion leaves, red chilies, and bean sprouts. Serve hot.
