INGREDIENTS
Marination:
Chicken breast 1 kg
Soya sauce 4 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Salt a pinch
Black pepper 1 tsp
Sauce:
Garlic chopped 4 tbsp
Tomato puree 2 cup
Chicken stock 800ml
Cooking oil 4 tbsp
Vinegar 1 cup
Soya sauce 4 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp
Capsicum 2 finally chopped
Corn flour 6 tbsp
Red chilli crushed 4 tbsp
Red food colour a pinch
Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
Onion 2 finally chopped
DIRECTIONS
1. Cutting the chicken breast into cubes, marinate it in Soya Sauce, salt, vinegar and black pepper.Leave it for almost 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic to saute, colour then add marinated chicken and cook it until water gets dries.
3. Add tomato puree in it and simmer for a sometime then add chicken stock, capsicum and chopped onion.
4. Cook it well and add vinegar,salt,soya sauce,red chilli,tomato ketchup and red color.Mix it well and cook to come boiling point.
5. Mix corn flour in water.Add this mixture of cornflour to the sauce to make a thick gravy and keep the flame high.
6. Check the consistency of gravy then Pour the gravy into serving the dish and serve it with fried rice.
