Grilled Double Chicken Breast


INGREDIENTS
Chicken breast 4 joint together
Garlic crushed 2 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp
Black pepper 2 tsp
Mustard paste 2 tsp
Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
All purpose flour 8 tbsp to coat the breast
For Sauce:
Butter 2oz
Garlic crushed 2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Red chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Mix herb 2 tsp 
Worchester sauce 2 tbsp
Green onion leaf chopped 6 tbsp
For Parsley Potatoes
Potatoes 1 cut into 12 wedges (boiled)
Butter 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Parsley finally chopped 2 tbsp

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together garlic crushed, salt, black pepper crushed, mustard paste, hp sauce, Worchester sauce and then oil.
  2. Marinate chicken in this batter for 20 minutes. 
  3. Coat breast in dry flour. Set aside.
  4. Now heat butter in a fry pan add crushed garlic, saute then add salt, soya sauce, red chili garlic sauce, mix herb, Worchester sauce and 2 cup water. Then cook until boil.
  5. Add chicken and cook for 20 minutes till chicken done and water dries and then it gets a brownish color.
  6. Now add green onion leaf and then remove in a platter. 
  7. Serve with boil vegetables and parsley potatoes.
  8. Heat butter adds potatoes wedges with salt and pepper lastly fold in parsley and remove.
