Prawns with Lemon Butter Sauce


INGREDIENTS:
Prawns 1000 gm
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
Oil 4 tbsp
Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
For Lemon and Butter Sauce:
Butter 1/2 cup
Onion 4 tbsp (chopped)
Garlic 4 cloves (crushed)
Lemon juice 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp (crushed)
Parsley 4 tbsp (chopped)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Marinate prawns with salt, black pepper & lemon juice and oil, then leave it for half an hour.
  2. Then grill them from both sides or fry them in a pan with a little butter or bake them in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  3. For Sauce: Melt butter in a pan, fry onion and garlic for few seconds, then add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. 
  4. Bring it to boil and then add fresh chopped parsley. 
  5. Pour it on grilled prawns, serve hot.
