Chinese Fried Rice


INGREDIENTS:
Chicken 500 gm (thinly sliced)
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
Soya sauce 4 tsp
Salt to taste
Eggs 4
Onion 2 (diced)
Red bell pepper 2 (chopped)
Peas 1 cup (boiled)
Carrot 1 cup (finely chopped)
Boiled rice 4 cups
Green onion 4 (sliced)
Oyster sauce 2 tsp

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Marinade chicken with 4 drops of oil, 1 tsp soy sauce and to taste salt.
  2. Now heat a nonstick pan and add eggs. Now cook until done. 
  3. Break cooked eggs into pieces and transfer to a plate.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet and fry onion until translucent. Remove from pan.
  5. Now add remaining oil in skillet; add chicken and cook until half has done then add bell pepper, peas, and carrot. Then cook until chicken tender completely and vegetables starting to get tender.
  6. Transfer boiled rice, green onion, oyster sauce and remaining soy sauce. Stir to incorporate.
  7. Now add cooked onion and scrambled eggs. Toss gently. 
  8. When everything mix completely serves immediately. You can adjust seasoning according to your taste after adding rice.
