Fried Prawns Balls


INGREDIENTS
Prawns 500 gm 
White pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Corn flour 6 tsp heaped
Flour 6 tbsp heaped
Egg 2 
Baking powder 1 tsp heaped
Oil for deep frying

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop prawns, mix white pepper, salt, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, flour, egg and baking powder and then leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Make into balls. Deep fry for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Then remove and re fry once again before serving till crisp and golden.

Cook Time: 15 Min
