When you decide to let a property via Tenant Find, we require the following:
  • Full name.
  • Current address.
  • Contact number.
  • Email address.
  • We will need to verify if you are the current owner of the let property.
If you choose to let your property with Tenant Find there are some important details that we require about your property. This includes: address, the type of property you wish to let, whether the property is furnished/ unfurnished/ part-furnished, how old the boiler is, the type of heating, the type of tenants you are looking for, Rental Amounts and period of let. Once we have received this information we will then be able to send this data to all the major property portals.

Tenants can only move into a property after the relevant background checks have been undertaken to satisfactory results. The background checks can take up to 5 working days. After this, the tenant can move in after 7 working days.
